These guys are from Do Ahou, another famed local J-rock inspired group. They played a huge set after Himitsu Heiki.

Himitsu Heiki @ Asia Cosplay Meet
These guys are from the Himitsu Heiki Band, one of my favorite local J-rock inspired groups. I took these photos with a mix of MF 100mm f2.8 and 50mm f1.4. I originally shot these in color, but I opted for the more traditional mono treatment to evoke that familiar 70’s-rock band photography style.

I took these shots of a girl who I saw during the Asia Cosplay Meet. I didn’t catch her name, and by the time I got my camera up to eye-level, everyone was taking their potshots! Oh, the slowness of MF.

Smoke On The Ice Cube

I’m experimenting with smoke effects with CS3 for this set. Took a photo of some hapless ice cubes and zap ‘em with flash power!
