An Autumn Day In Beta Way
May 9, 2010Last Saturday I shot on my first ehem commercial assignment in UP. Now during the lull times that the models were getting ready, I snapped a few frames on the side.
Of course it wasn’t all dried up back there.
oh autumn, a photographer’s hayday!~
put in some diffused glow and voila!~
i borrowed my friend’s sunglases and presto - le polarizeur!~

Graffiti Wall Fashion : Elle Javier
May 1, 2010Here’s my latest work with Team D40.
We shot along the graffitied walls of Intramuros. I planned my set to be a complete strobist fit, but when I got there, my optical flash wasn’t firing well. I had to borrow a friend’s trigger (Phottix) and work with my Starblitz. Good thing I lugged in my light stand too! This shoot is totally refreshing because we were outdoors, there were no time contraints and the hip-hop theme is a nice escape from the straight up glamour shoots we used to do.
